1-22-20 - Pre-College Stress

There comes a time in a young man's life when he will have to start preparing for the life ahead of him and work towards a higher education and a job. That is the kind of situation I'm in right now, unfortunately. Being in my senior year in high school, I'm getting very close to having to be ready for college, but I'm not entirely sure if I'm ready. I've already been accepted into a college of my choice and made my final decision, but due to the nature of the online forms I had to fill out and concerns of losing the scholarships that I'm depending on to help pay for my tuition, as well as the whole issue with not having applied for housing yet, I'm worried that things won't turn out how I expect them to.
I also personally don't think I'm even remotely ready for all the responsibilities that will entail when I enter college. I mean, I do have scholarships to help as well as assistance from my parents and the college's staff, but I still can't help but be nervous. Will I be able to handle the pressures of college classes, and can I persevere long enough to get that diploma? I'm not sure, but I can only hope for the best and keep pushing forward...
